This is the painting that my husband and I purchased in a quaint restaurant in Asheville in April 2011. I sat and stared at this painting during the entire course of my meal. I told my husband “I think I’m gonna buy that painting.” He suggested we purchase it as an anniversary gift to ourselves. We’re both in the miltiary and I was home during R&R leave from what would become a 15 month deployment to Iraq. I’m truly in love with this piece of art.
